1. Soak in Warm Water + Epsom Salt
Soak your hands and feet for 10 minutes to soften dead skin. Add a few drops of lavender essential oil if you like.
2. Exfoliate with Sugar and Honey
Mix fine granulated sugar + honey + olive oil. Gently scrub, especially on elbows, knees, and heels.
3. Trim Your Nails Properly
Cut straight across, not too short, then smooth with a nail file. Avoid cutting cuticles too deep to prevent infection.
4. Use Foot Cream Before Bed
Apply a foot cream containing urea or shea butter. Wear cotton socks overnight for maximum absorption.
5. Wear Gloves When Doing Dishes
Detergent and hot water strip the skin’s natural oils. Always use rubber gloves.
